ILR (Long Residence) Appeal Implementation Timeline Advice

Post by Jatiswar » Tue Apr 04, 2017 6:57 pm

Dear everyone,

I would require your experience and advice if possible regarding my case. My timeline is as follows:

December 2015 - Applied for ILR using premium service

December 2015- HO case worker asked for further information regarding my excess absenses for medical reason. Same day documents Provided.

January 2016- Application rejected with appeal right.

July 2016- Appeal hearing date and appeal allowed

August 2016- Appeal determination letter received from FTT.

September 2016- FTT confirmed HO did not appeal to the Upper Tribunal

November 2016- HO asked to give biometrics fingerprints again and given the same date.

March 2017-HO sent an letter for to interview me.

March 2017- Interview was given and the interviewer confirmed that they are satisfied with the interview.

Now my question is, it has been nearly 9 months now since I got a Judicial decision in my favour and still waiting and going through second biometrics and interview! What is next for me? Does anyone of you in the same unfortunate boat as me? As experience or suggestions will be appreciated.

P.S: If anyone else is interested the interview was called under the following rules:39D.
