ICT Tier 2 Established staff to Tier 2 General?

Hello,

I came to uk in Dec 2010 on ICT established staff, my current COS is getting expired in Nov'17.

I would like to know for how long my VISA can be extended. Can it be extended till 2021?

Also, i am looking for opportunity to change my VISA to tier 2 General with another employer. Can you please advice on below points

1) Will my current stay from 2010 Dec be counted in continuous stay if i am applying ILR after completion of 10 years i.e. in 2020 dec?

2) What is the maximum duration that i can stay on Tier 2 general and will cooling off period apply to my case?

3) When can I apply for ILR, if I change to tier 2 General in 2017?

I will reallr appreciate quick response and can i have appoint with any of the adviser?

6 years from the day you switch. No cool-off if switching within the UK

10 years of legal stay or after 5 years of Tier 2 General stay

Yes. Legal stay includes leave by any valid immigration category
