Hi i need advice on NQF level 4 tier 1. I have visa based on Nqf level4 & also running that business in good manners. but i just need to know that i will keep this business as it is but can do some other business as well under NQF level 4. But when i need to apply for extension i will take points only from NQF level 4 business. please Advice me that can i do more than one business on this visa. I will be very greatful to all of u

Hi need advice, i have tier 1 visa. my wife also dependent on me she have visa. but i did not apply for my children born in uk as i mentioned that they are traveling outside at the moment (when i applied). Now i want to apply for them they are under 6 years old. I just need to know do i need to pay healthsurcharges for them or not as they born in uk and under age. & do i need to send all documents again for their visa or i just complete the form & also show bank statement for 90 days. please need urgent advice thanks

There is no such requirement during extension. NFQ level is not relevant

You need to pay the IHS for your child and 90 days show maintenance.
If your child is outside the UK and never had a visa, you need to apply for the dependant visa from home country before the child can come back.

all of my children are here in uk & born in uk never travel.i want to know do i need to pay health surcharges as they are under 6 years old. they r already here in uk not out of country & i never apply there visa before. as me & my wife teir1. thanks[/size]

Hi ,
Your main business should be level 4 or above. Second business could by lower than 4. I have consulted few other immigration Lawyer as well , they have different opinion. I asked home office as well they replied

The information regrading NQF job is only relevant to initial when you want to switch to Tier 1E This has NOTHING to do with extension

Hi Zimba , My entrepreneur visa has been successfully extended in jan 2017 ( I am in 50000 route ) . I am having a business with nq level 4 and above and which is running good but with having twins and time constraint I wish to switch my business ( work ) . Can I do that ? AS PER MY UNDERSTANDING I can swtich to any nqlevel 4 and above business . Please correct me if I am wrong .
