Indian in UK to Netherlands GVVA or Swiss Workpermit

Hi All,

Hope you all are doing well.

My tier 2 ICT visa is getting expired on 7th July 2017. Now my company is willing to locate me to Netherlands or Switzerland to serve the one year cooling period.

Do i need to have a minimum number of days left in UK visa in order to apply for these?

I know that Schengen visa has such a constraint, but does the same apply for the work permits in these countries?

Check with the embassy. In fact, have your sponsor (work) check with embassy.
Normally you must have 3 months left but that is for those who will return back to the country.
