EEA PR application payment not taken

Hi guys,

I sent in my application for PR under EEA route on the 6th of March and the HO received it on the 7th. They tried to take the payment on the 8th but my bank blocked it because they taught it was fraud. I have since told my bank not to block any payment going to the HO and to just process it.
I have checked my bank account everyday since the 8th and they still have not taken the payment. I have called the helpline and they could not transfer me to the case worker assigned to the case.

My question is what do you think will happen to my application? Will it just stay there unprocessed or will they take the payment again.
