Hi

Good Morning Every one i have a few questions can u please help me to have a better clarification

1)i am on Currently on appeal in tribunal i was a student before and i have received a letter from Home office on 25-01-2015 saying i had overstayed my visa and i didnt apply on time and they with held my passport (still with HO) and sent a letter to voluntarily depart UK within 28 days which i didnt do and went to tribunal (still case is under consideration as of today)

2)i am planning to leave Uk in June and marry my British GirlFreind in india , what are the chances of me coming back once i got married in india

3) Also if i am leaving Uk in June will i get any thing Stamped on My Passport (ex deported or Not allowed to apply for Uk visa for Certain Years)

4)As if entry clearance office look at my previous record looking thru Guidance notes on General Grounds of Refusal with Entry Clearance Visas could i be in Breach of Conditions while i am in Uk, if in case My entry clearance gets rejected can i go for appeal with the Consulate in india.

Please do Help me in getting a clear picture of my case , i appreciate your help
