Working below Level4 in Tier1 Enterp.

I have got an extension in Tier1 Enterp.

Main activity of business is Energy Consultancy with Level6 job roles which is actively running.

I am looking to get some more business oppurtunities which includes getting some Seurity Guarding and Courier Delivery contracts by employing persons and occassionally doing myself.

I am planning to do these new business activities under my primary business name which I have already shown to switch and extend Tier1 Enterp.

The question is; Can I perform job roles under Level 4 as sub contractor within the same business where I am at Level 6 as well ? (I want to avoid opening new Ltd company and setting up all new stuff from scratch.)
