TB test

Hello every one.
My question is about the TB test.
In the website it is written if "you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months", then you do not need the TB test.

In my case, in my home country the TB test is necessary, however I have lived Italy where TB test is not required since 2010. Each year I spend about 20 days in January and the whole august in my home country. That is to say, although I have been in Italy for many years, perhaps I have not stayed there for continuous 6 months. So do I need TB test?
