Question regarding correct filling of page 76 of SET(O)

Hi!

Just a quick question here. I think I saw the answer before here, but I can't find it any more.
On the page 76 in the "Knowledge of language and life in the UK" there are two tick boxes - for Life in UK test and for Language test.
Do I need to tick the Language tickbox if I took a test at Trinity College and providing the URN in the application? In the Guidance Notes it says that I don't need to show them the certificate as long as I have a valid URN, but I am still not sure whether this has to be ticked or not.
