DISSOLVING CIVIL PARTNERSHIP WITH NON BRITISH

Post by frederick77 » Sat Apr 08, 2017 10:12 pm

Good day to all. I was on 5 year work permit visa when I formed a civil partnerhsip in 2007. My ex partner was given a 4 year visa ending on 2012, he didnt passed all the test so we need to apply for extension and was given until 2014. We ended up the relationship in 2013. Since then we never live in the same roof anymore. I never really informed the HO about this. Until now, I know he is living in the UK illegally as his passport is already expired and his visa is only until 2014. Now I am thinking of dissolving the partnership.

These are my questions:
- would I be in trouble in a nyway because I didnt report our seperation?
- I dont know where is my ex partner now, there are some questions in the form about it and i dont know how to fill it up.

Any input will be highly appreciated. Thanks
