Arrest warrant issued

Hello everyone.Please advice me. My nephew went to UK on student visa. He has no working condition o n his visa. He hasn't worked there. However, an arrest warrant has been issued on his name that he has worked. The immigration officers went to the place they suspected he works at and showed the warrant. Concourse he wasn't thre. They haven't showed up at his place yet. What should he do? Hire a lawyer? Visit the concerning police station? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Having an arrest warrant because of working in breach of his conditions is very serious. He may be subject to removal. He should seek legal advice ASAP.

Obviously, if he was not working, then he must not say that he was working. A false confession is very difficult to undo.
