How to Verify PR Acquired Date

Post by Ani82 » Sun Apr 09, 2017 1:36 pm

Dear Moderators and Members...

I recently had PR issued with acquired date of 06/04/2012.

Acquired date was stated in the letter sent with PR card.

I just wanted to make sure that the date stated in the letter is correct as I am thinking to apply for naturalisation as I don't have to wait for 12 months.

How can I verify the date??

Regards
Ani

If UKVI advised you of that date in writing, as they did, then that is your confirmation you should submit with for AN application. Do you think it's incorrect? If yes then you need to contact UKVI and re-visit your application (not sure what that entails as I never applied under current regulations).
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Thanks for the reply ...

Great , no I don't believe the date is incorrect as I have submitted my docs since 2007 and I think the case worker considered the qualifying period from 2007 - 2012. Even though I wasn't expecting that.
