Spouse of EEA National - already lived in UK for 5 years

Post by luna3333 » Sun Apr 09, 2017 3:40 pm

EEA National and American Wife have been living/working in the UK for more than 5 years.

Wifes Residency Card expired in Dec 2016.

Wife needs to travel to American in May for family emergency.

We have just now submited PR application online and she may need to travel before any confirmation letters are received.

Will she be able to re-enter UK in May? She is scheduled to travel May 1 to May 23.

Please help

Entry is possible under 11(4). She should carry proof of her status.
