Tier 4 to Tier 2 (Employee Sponsor)

Hello,
I have recently applied for a switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2 general Visa. I am a Masters graduate and was wondering what is the

NQF level

that I have to apply for and Do the Sponsor have to specify that they are

certifying my maintenance?

Need help with this.

I am applying within Uk

Masters degree falls in NQF 6 or above category.

Maintenance is sponsor's descretion. If they don't certify then you need to show sufficient funds. Best is to discuss with employer n ask them to certify if they can (need to mention that in COS)

Masters degree falls in NQF 6 or above category.

But the job offered to you should also be on NQF Level 6. Having masters degree does not always mean that the job employer is offering you is on NQF Level 6 as well. In order to qualify for Tier 2 visa, you will need to make sure that the SOC code you have been assigned is on at least NQF level 6.
