200k funds proof

Post by bhai86 » Mon Apr 10, 2017 12:42 am

Hi
My friend is currently on tier4 student and planning to apply for tier1 200k route. We have checked the guidelines but still got confusion regarding proof of funds.
Her parents and extended family will provide the bank statement.
1)They are in savings account, not current account. Would that be ok?
2)Do they need to keep it for 90 days?
3)Is there any template for the affidavit and bank letter for using third party funds? What information does the UKVI need exactly.

Regards

Obviously you did not read the guide properly as the answers are very clear there :!:
See: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... trepreneur
1)They are in savings account, not current account. Would that be ok?
Yes
2)Do they need to keep it for 90 days?
No, unless she wants to keep the money in HER account and does NOT want to rely on third parties.
90 days rules allow her to claim the money as her own WITHOUT any third party involvement. Again you failed to read the guide !!
3)Is there any template for the affidavit and bank letter for using third party funds? What information does the UKVI need exactly.
The third party declaration sample letter is given in the guide Appendix. Again you failed to read the guide !!
