Hi,
I had applied a visit visa for my father last year and it had been rejected on the basis that:
We had not supplied any evidence to provide my brothers’ earnings.
Yes, we had not supplied my brothers’ income evidence.
1) It had been stated in the application form that my brothers’ are responsible for maintaining him financially. However, there were properties in his name and we had also supported with corroborative evidence i.e. bank statements and tenancy agreements.
Please note, that HO was happy with the information I had provided.
Now, I wish to apply sponsor my father again to come to the UK for a short visit from Pakistan.
- Do I need to clarify HO point in the application form? For example: provide brothers’ earning information and bank statements. ?
- Should I just focus on my father’s regular income from his properties?
- I am keen to keep my brothers’ details out of the application from, because the more information might lead to more questions. (Although there is nothing to hide).
- The properties are in my mother’s name and but the rental income goes to my fathers’ bank account. Could this cause any issue?
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
