I mean, seriously? What have I done wrong? Surely I provided them all the info when I filled up the online form to check the status.....Am I not supposed to contact them more than once?
Any thoughts please?

I did not raise a formal escalation... I just filled up their online "Status Enquiry Form" and the text in italics is the response I got.vtango_11 wrote: Hi
