Cheque doesn't match bank statement name

I am applying for spouse settlement visa. My employer pays me by cheque. On the cheque family name is not written fully only half of it.It is accepted by the bank even though it doesn't match bank statement name. I take photo copies and i plan to put them in the application do you think they will refuse me because of this.
