My wife is applying for spouse extension visa and has her appointment booked in last week of April, we are bit confused as in order to meet financial requirement we are relying and selected category A (income from salaried employment).
I started of my current job last year in June and now I have been informed by the employer that my salary has been incremented and this will appear in April payslip and will be credited into my account on 22nd of April which is before my wife's appointment.
Even though without current increment we meet salary criteria but as mentioned within form
My current salary on the date of will be the one which is incremented, and will appear on my payslip which I believe I have to supply so do I need to enter the incremented salary in the form and have to answer no to the above question.Have you/your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount specified in (xiv) below continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application?
Please help and advice me on this issue
