formal complaint to the EC (European Commission)

Post by balixonline » Tue Apr 11, 2017 11:59 am

Hi Guys,

I wonder if it is worth lodging a formal complaint to the EC against INIS visa processing delays? I have submitted my dependent family case back in August 2015 and have been waiting since.

I believe my case is genuine enough that they have not been able to find a reason to refuse but can only delay. I have made complaints to INIS but no response, do you think its worth now escalating complaint to EC?

Perhaps we do crowdfunding and take the case to EC really? anyone up for that?

Peace

really no one is prepared to even lodge a complaint to EC (which is even free) except moaning about it here.. funny really.
