I sent a following letter signed by my employer. I will be extremely grateful if you think that this is sufficient or I should send further clarification.
Although, i am well over the requirement of £18,600 but my 2016/17 income which i entered in my application was slighltly less than what I actually received by the end of March 2017.
I submitted my application on 21 February 2017 so at that time i enclosed my payslips only up to January 2017 but my gross salary for the 2016/17 was £34,000 as entered in the application.
Therefore on the employer letter (as below) I only stated gross income of £29,000 to match with January 2017 year to date in response to point iii which says below:
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
EMPLOYER LETTER:
We confirm that Mr X is a permanent employee of (company name). He commenced his employment on 15 May 2015.
We confirm that Mr X's gross salary is currently £35,000 as of 1 April 2017.
We confirm that Mr Ali received a gross salary of £27,000 including bonus for the period from 1 April 2016 to 31 January 2017 as shown on the bottom left of the payslip.
We acknowlede that January 2017 year to date gross income shows £25,000 which was due to the transfer of payroll service company which paid our salaries in April 2016.
