UK Tire 2 spouse dependent visa uk

Wife got 10 days before visitor visa.
I want to know she can apply again for dependent visa.( Tire 2 General Visa).
My Tire 2 General Visa Valid 2020

I am working in UK last 2 years.

Please advise.
