First child passport application - EU Parent

Post by valexandra » Thu Apr 13, 2017 12:01 pm

Hi CR001,

I have a similar question in regards to the evidence to send with my child's first British passport (born January 2017). I am an EEA National living in the UK since 2004 as a dependent family member. I got a letter from the office this month confirming that I acquired PR status in September 2009. I was thinking to send with the application the following:

1- My EEA Passport
2- Home Office Letter confirming PR status and PR Card
3- Child's Full UK birth certificate
4- Marriage certificate
5- 2 child photographs

Could you please advise if that would be ok?

Thanking you in advance,
V.
