Tier 1 Team Help Required

Post by dotnetuser001 » Thu Apr 13, 2017 4:41 pm

Hi Gurus,

I need some help please. We have spend last 2 years in Tier 1 Entrepreneur as a team. I am going to complete my 10 years in November and will be apply for ILR.
Our business is doing well and is generating some income now, but I have got a full time corporate job offer which will be starting in May.
Need suggestions please!
Can i take the job and start working and then later apply for ILR? or shall i wait till my ILR?

You are not allowed to take up any employment in other companies until your ILR is granted.
If you do, you will be in breach of the immigration rules and your chances of getting an ILR will be zero :!:
