Accounts submission urgent help !

I applied on March 2013, refused had to do JR. Won JR and received visa April 2014.
I had to show my investment during my initial grant. They asked for bank statement and accounts. Both sent and won visa.

Extension in 10 days.

Now, do I need to submit last 3 years accounts or only last year management account ?

Please let me know soon if any one have that information in hand.

If you got the points for investment during initial visa, you do not need to send anything to prove your investment for extension

Just another question, which really confused me after reading all other post regarding job creation,

I have 3 employee working for me.
1, British - 16 months.
2, British - 6 Months.
3, Italian - 6 Months. ( 19 years boy who is living in the UK for last 10 years, he was a student of UK schools and colleges).

Will 3rd be treated as Settled worker ?
