NHS Registration document

Post by jafersadeq » Fri Apr 14, 2017 8:06 pm

Dear Gurus,

About NHS Registration document, when I arrived the UK and after one month I applied for NHS. They sent me NHS registration certificate to my previous address.
When I moved out that address, I updated my new address with GP, but the original certificate shows the old address.
Reference to immigration Rules-Part 8-Family members-Paragraph 319H-SD , the HO asks a confirmation of address, such as NHs Registration document to show the address the applicant (16 and over- years old) lives in.
What can I do if the original document shows the previous address? And the document should be dated no more than one month prior to application date.
Please advise,
Thanks

You don't need that letter.
Ask your GP and he will do this with your NHS no and current address.
He may charge you 20 quids

Hi there,

I was once in your situation but not immigration related.

All I did was to make my GP to write me a letter at my new address. The letter came with all the required details.

For instance, you can make them to write you a confirmation letter that you are registered with your GP and that should settle it hopefully.

All the best.
