EEA National's Salary - Application for R Cert & R Card

Post by mayyoo19 » Fri Apr 14, 2017 8:43 pm

Hi all,

Does it matter how much the EEA national earns (part-time/full-time job) while making an application for Registration Cert & Residence Card for visa national spouse? It will be just a month since the EEA national started the job but does not get full-time hours (approx 20-30 hrs a week) yet and hence the first salary would not be substantial. Is it ok to apply with the first salary bank statement and the relevant documents for both the Reg Cert & Res Card?

Thanks in advance!

Employment has to be meaningful and effective, and the person must be paid at the national minimum wage.

if those requirements are met, then 20-30 Hours work should suffice.
