Unable to take print out for tier2 general dependent UK visa

Hi

i am processing tier 2 general UK dependent visa for my family members.[Wife + 2Kids]. i have paid the visa fee and submitted application successfully. i can print the completed application for my wife and daughter but unable to take printout for my son's applicatoin. When i click the print button getting the following error

Your application is being processed
We are currently experiencing heavy demand. Please note that your application may take up to 60 minutes to print.

Could you please help me to resolve this issue. Seeing this error for last 4 days and have an appointment with VFS on 21 Apr 2017 and i have to take print out of the completed application before my appointment date.
