Long or short COA?

Post by Pina123 » Sun Apr 16, 2017 12:32 pm

If a PR application has been submitted, along with evidence of a British child remaining in a non eea parents custody (aswell as their passport), but given that the 'sponsor' is a returning British citizen who is uncooperative and supplied absolutely zero evidence evidence. . Will the non eea get a long or short coa. The British 'eea sponsor' would have provided their passport for the initial family permit acquired by the non eea five years prior. The marriage lasted over 3 years, with at least one year cohabitation in England.

Any help, greatly appreciated.
