Permanent residence without WRS

Hello, I wonder if someone can help.

I am applying for Permanent Residence and have worked continuously in the UK since 2007. I am an A8 national from the Czech Republic. I wasn't registered with WRS as neither me nor employer were aware of it.

I am applying online so I can get use the passport return service. The form asks me if I worked during the accession period from the 1 May 2004 - 30 April 2011. I did work during this period however I don't need to include this period in my 5 years qualifying period. The problem is if I answer 'yes' to this question, it then asks me for a document which gave me permission to work. If I say I didn't have this document then I have to choose the option 'I worked without permission'. If I choose this option it then asks which employer I worked for unlawfully during this period. I don't really want to put my old employers details there as that would get them into trouble right?

What should I answer. If I answer truthfully will I get the PR and will the employers I worked for have problems as a result? Can I answer that I didn't work during this period if it is not part of my qualifying period?

Romanian National Came in uk 2011 did not apply for any card orAuthorisation in uk and start working in One Company they even did not ask her About Blue card or registration card.

so they just gave her job Coz she was europeon national
and as we know that in 2014 restrictions were lifted frim Romanians.

she is still working there but she does not have any card or Registration certificate.

now she want to apply for permanent Residence in uk.Can she apply or those before 2014 years would be count illegle work?

what is best for her?
if she apply registration card what date shoukd she put work started with this employer 2011 or 2014?
