Spouse curtailed new re application advice

Post by DRS1983 » Tue Apr 18, 2017 11:03 am

Dear All
My husband's spouse visa was curtailed (we broke up)May 2016 but we reconciled soon after.
UKVI advised me to re apply for a new visa as long as we are still married.
We didnt apply sooner due to his parent passing away.
Do you think he would get it and is there anything extra I need to add to the application?

Advice much appreciated

Thanks

Saba
