Hi,

I am EEA citizen and I have lived in the UK since 2007 (I was 12 years old at the time). I am in continuous study, and have completed secondary school, sixth form and I am currently in my 4th year of university, in England. I do not work and never have and I am still dependent on my working parents, who have been British Citizens since 2013. I have lived with them until I moved away to study at uni.
I am in the process of applying for Permanent Residence, but I do not have CSI or a Registration Certificate. If I don't need CSI, can I leave the relevant box in Section 9 blank?
