Return of Passport

Good Morning,
i am supporting my husband's application for his extension he is renewing his expired 2.5 years, i submitted an online request on the 5th of April to request my passport back, and also sent a letter to Sheffield with a return self address envelope,
i need to travel on the 7th of May and i still haven't heard back from them, should we pay the £400 to go the premium way to get the passport back urgently as am starting to worry as we have booked ticket and hotel, its just my passport not my hubby's one.

please help

Hi apparently the premium service has temporarily closed. I was looking to try this option but sadly it's closed...
