Hi guys,

I submitted an EEA extended family member with my girlfriend who is a French national back in 20/12/16. This is my second try since it was rejected last time for lack of evidence .This time round we sent loads of letters, payslips, photos and highlighted call logs from our network provider . It came to my attention that the photos should be time stamped, which I didn't do.

Do I have to send new stamped photos? what about bank statements? where do I send everything?
