Dependent Visa status after ILR

Post by sone786 » Thu Apr 20, 2017 6:02 am

Hi There,

I have traveled to UK on "TIER 2 - ICT VISA" With my dependents & Last Year I have got ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain).

My dependent Visa is "T2-ICT Dependent Visa (PBS DEPENDANT LEAVE TO REMAIN)" till now & valid till 2018. My dependents are not eligible for ILR, hence cannot request for the same.

Can you please let me know if I have to change my dependents Visa from "T2-ICT Dependent" to "ILR Dependent Visa"?

If yes please let me know the process for making this changes.
If I plan to switch job then I want to understand the impact on my dependent visa.
