Tire 1 Entrepreneur Job creation

Hi Everyone

I have applied for Tire 1 Entrepreneur after April 2014 and got my visa.
the scenario of my job creation is bit complicated if anyone could help me it will be great help for all of as.

Job 1:

Employee 1 worked 30 hours per week for 4 months then Left
Employee 2 worked for 24 hours per week for 12 months
Employee 4 worked for 6 hours per week for 7 months

Required:
12 months x 120 hours = 1440

Created through Job 1:
4 months x 120 = 480 hr
12 months x 96 = 1152 hr
7 months x 24 = 168 hr

Total Hours: 1800 hr required is 1440 hr

here is my question for job 1: Is this job created is accepted by home office as i am fulfilling the required hours on the same job if any other guidelines please post it.

Job 2:

Employee 3 worked for 30 hours per week for 12 months

Required:
1440

Created through Job 2: 1440 which is fulfilling the requirement.

Kindly help me with this job 1.

You are post transitional. As such you need 12 months of a job, part timers can share that, my understanding is -at the same time- (otherwise it is not really a single 'job')

You don't discuss the overlap between the two part timers, but even if they are fully overlapped 4months + 7 months of dual overlap is not 12 months and as such you did not fulfil the requirements. (also has to be NOT overlapped with the FT job)

You talk of the jobs in past tense, so I assume the jobs are not ongoing. As such you would need another month of full time equivalent. If you just hire someone for one month to fill the gap, my opinion (only) is that HO will not accept it (either directly, or just put it unto genuineness). You would need to hire for a few months and give an explanation why there was a gap.

Also Jobs should be measured in weeks 52X30 is 1560, so if you only paid for 1440 hrs you will not get points (again could hire again to fill the gap and see above....)
