Visitor visa for Mother in Law to support pregnant wife

Post by avaixhah » Thu Apr 20, 2017 8:54 pm

Hi All,

My wife is expecting and due date is end of July and we are planning to call her mother here to support in delivery period. I have started to put the document together and seek your guidance if anything I am missing. I have decided to attach following documents with her application.

Documents from UK.
- Payslips
- Bank statement
- BRP copies
- Accommodation (tenancy agreement, though it was valid for first 6 months and now on monthly rollover)
- Sponsor letter
- Employer Letter
- GP letter stating pregnancy/due date
- Nikah Nama
- Wife proof of address

Documents from Pak

- Passport
- Bank statement (3 months)
- Proof of Income (she is purely house wife and never worked and my father in law is govt contractor. All i can do is to ask him to attach any bills to proof that he is supporting her)
- Birth certificate
- Father in law is a heart patient - medical history
- I have one sister in law back home (can provide her college proof)

Anything I am missing????/////

please advise

thanks-- Syed
