Applying UK Visa after breaching CTA

Post by Astone » Fri Apr 21, 2017 12:13 am

Hello,
Please I have been trying to find topics related to this with no much success. I "technically" breached CTA during my last UK visit visa as my sister who I came to visit moved to Ireland and I went along. We applied EFM but it was rejected and we were asked to appeal. We appealed within the 15days and while waiting I decided to travel back home and withdraw my appeal. My sister and her family have moved back to UK. I would like to visit them, please I want to find out if there are any serious implications and if my visa would be rejected. Please help. Thanks

Moderators act on a voluntary basis to ensure the smooth running of the forum. We don't have the answer to all the many questions posted on the forum and I for one don't have the solution for your question. Wait for response from others who may have.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
