New entrant or Experienced worker

I am applying Tier 2 Visa from India. I was in the UK before on dependent for 4yrs and working for a company. Now I have received an offer from the new employer.

Can you some can advise do I come in New entrant or Experienced worker category?

If you are older than 26, you automatically come under the experienced worker category.

For people younger than 26,there are some additional conditions based on which they can claim to be new entrant
