FLR(M) need some advice plz

I would be very grateful if someone can clear a couple of things up for me plz.
We are due to apply for my spouse visa extension which runs out mid May
I am originally from Belarus and came to uk in 2004 on student visa which I have overstayed for a few years. Met my current husband went back to Belarus we got married, applied , got entry clearance and came back home.
A few points in application that I am unsure about
5.2 When did u first enter the Uk
Do I answer the very first time back in 2004 or on my most current visa in 2014?
9.15 give details of British diplomatic posts involved if application was made abroad.
I have applied through visa application centre at the British embassy in Minsk. Diplomatic posts tho...?
10.13 How long have you lived in the Uk
Does it mean since I came here to live on my spouse visa
Or do I include the time I've been here as an overstayer. Is this period of time classed as living here?
