2nd Application (Waiting for Response)

Hi Zimba88 and friends,

I filed my Tier 1 Ent (200K) Extension in Nov 2016 along with my dependents which was refused in Jan 17 after my local MP contacted the home office to inquire the status of my application. The application sent by my solicitor was not very strong and lacked important documents like Current Appointment Report etc.
However, I changed my solicitor and filed a fresh application in Feb 2017 which was within 14 days of the rejection. My entrepreneurial team partner who had also filed his application earlier in Jan 17 varied it along with me and we sent everything together as his application was also going to be rejected as it had the same documents as my old application and was filed by the same solicitor.

Our timeline for the 2nd Fresh Application is:
Applied: 6th Feb 2017
Biometrics Done: 17th Feb 2017
Complex Letter received: 13th March dated 9th March 2017
Decision still pending...

If any of you have applied along with me and have received a decision please let me know. Also, if you think something can be done to accelerate the decision please suggest as it's been more than 6 months now and being a businessman my business has started to suffer as I can not go to important meetings around the world.
As far as my application is concerned; it now contains all files which as required and I have also double checked them with the ones shared by most of the applicants on this forum who have got approval letters.

I am not sure what you are trying to get here. There is already a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Processing Timeline thread which already gives a glimpse of the average processing time for this visa.
You do not seem to have any specific issues to be discussed here. A thread in which applicants post about their 'pending cases' and constantly demand 'updates' are difficult to moderate and do not add much value here as such queries cannot be answered at all. Your Tier 1E application is unique and no one can tell you how long you have to wait or what to expect specifically. Other people's experiences and and updates will not reflect much on the outcome of your case to be honest.

Some applications may raise issues that are complex and unique which means they could take several months to be decided. You might be asked to attend an interview or send extra documents to support your case further. There is not much you can do when your application is pending a decision, apart from being patient and waiting to hear back from HO.
