Group application with shared documents

My wife, my child and I will apply for a Denmark visa in London this Wednesday. Obviously we are a group with shared documents such as my own bank statement (my wife and child don't have a bank account). Will they put all our documents together or separately? I didn't request 3 identical copies of my bank statement, would that be a problem?

Also, I was unable to book an appointment for 3 of us at the same time, so we were booked next to each other, would that be a problem if we want to submit together?
