Permanent Resident for EEA National

Post by tia212 » Mon Apr 24, 2017 8:38 pm

Hi I really hope someone can help!

I have arrived to the UK at the age of 12 back in 2006. Have done my secondary school etc. here, When I was 16 in Sep 2010 started my A-levels and got my first part time job while still in full time education. The job was only for 6 hours per week. To my suprise I noticed that I needed WRS during the duration of my employment with the company. Is there any way that I would of been exempt from the WRS rule as I was under 21 full time student and fully dependant my mum during that time?

Thank you
Tia
