EEA Route Application - Need Help

Post by adjogoka » Tue Apr 25, 2017 7:13 pm

Hello everyone

I wonder if anyone can help. I appreciate your advise and time in reading this post

I applied for PR last year and was refused because my ex-husband would not provide the relevant documents I needed to support application. I received all my documents back and advised to either appeal or leave the UK.

I lodged an appeal and filed a new application because after a while my ex-husband came around and provided me with his payslips which I used to make a new application. It has been almost 9 weeks since I put in the new application and I have not received any COA from them. They wrote to my employer after this to advise them they are employing an illegal immigrant. I called them to request a COA as they took out the money almost two months ago and they have asked me to write the a letter which can take up to a month to get a response.

My employer is concerned and is asking me to leave. I don’t think I have to as I have an application pending. But they are relying on the letter from home office. I am very confused and I will be very pleased if anyone can help with the net steps to take regarding this whole issue.

Why hasn’t HO sent me a COA for the second application I made (they have taken the application fee. I have not received any correspondence from them. Not even an invitation to enrol biometrics ( I thought it was not necessary because of the previous application which was refused.

Thanks,
Adjo
