Spouse Visa Questions

My scenario

Im british and need some spouse visa information. My wife is pakistani.

Need a couple of questions answering.

1. Which Form/s is required for spouse visa?

2. I am working on salary of £17000 and have 2 houses to rent. Which category do I fall into for financial box?

Is an accountants letter enough to say how much I earn in a year while providing payslips and p60 form?

3. Our marriage was arranged and did not meet or speak to her before the nikkah.

( Although I did meet her before the wedding 5 days in advance at her house to say salaam and basic talk)

Otherwise i liked her via watching her in a wedding film and family talks.

Is this a problem when looked from immigration side?

4. How much evidence is needed for communication between the two of us? (subsisting)

Is any required from her or our family as proof?

I call her of the phone via EE network. I get a monthly bill from them as proof. Also I talk to her via whatsapp.

5. Our house scenario we r 7 people living in a 3 bed house with 1 additional room in the attic made. Also 1 room down stairs can count towards the bedroom total. All together its 5 bedrooms i think.

Is this enough for her to come into via standards from immigration?
