Going to Apply Visa Next Month-Important question Re: Accoun

Dear Members, I am going to apply my extension application next month. I am preparing my documents and will update list later.

I have a query regrading Annual Accounts. I have Invested £60300.00 in term of director loan in my last year accounting period which start from 1 Dec 2015 - 30 Nov 2016. This is my most recent updated account and did all my investment in this period.

1. My question is sending the relevant account with CT600 is okay or I need to send all my previous accounts.

2. Second question is i am submitting only those pages of business bank statement where the director loan is showing under my name along with Bank Letter confirming that I am sole signatory of this account and the business is actively trading since 2012.

Can members advise me is this okay or I need attach some more documents.

I guess you will have to send CT600 for all three years? i am not 100% on this.

My extension is due on Friday and i am only sending my bank statements pages showing DL transactions. I hope this would be okay.

I am still waiting on bank letter confirming i am sole signatory on business account.

But i believe things you have mentioned should be enough. Again, if Gurus can shed some light on this that would be awesome.

When I applied I submitted last 1 year bank statements as well as statements to show transaction of the director Loan.
And my visa was approved. But still double check with solicitor if you have one.

It is my opinion , it may not be relevant to your case .

1- its better to send to all CT600 , but its not compulsory and please do not forgot to send CT14 (welcome letter which you was received first time when you registered company
2- yes its fine ..
