I have been receiving carers allowance for my disabled mother and have been in the same job for a year as part time. I meet the adequate maintainance however..

How long do i need to be on carers allowance to apply for a visa for a spouse visa for my partner outside the uk?

I get cash in hand but can get my employer to put it in my bank account from now on. How long do i need to have it put into my account before i can apply for the visa?
