Visitor sponser illegal

Hi All,

I am on Tier2 general visa , if i sponsor someone on visitor visa and they will be a illegal in UK .

is any effect on my extension or future visa applicaiton.

Why putting into jeopardy your chances to extend your own Visa by sponsoring someone who has no right to apply whilst on a Visitor Visa. Also unless I am mistaken if you were to sponsoring someone they will have to be outside the UK. You cannot switch Visas whilst in the UK. He/she will have to leave the UK and to submit a fresh application from outside the Country. Correct me if I am wrong...

i mean sponsor someone from outside and they will come to country and doesn't go back and stay illegally.

Not sure if someone can answer this.
Nevertheless HO could contact you if your visitors haven't left. Your future visitors could be heavily scrutinised
