See the Tier 4 Modernised Guidance, page 111:

Acceptable forms of evidence are:
...
certificates of deposit: these are documents issued by a bank which confirm an individual has deposited or invested a sum of money, and to be acceptable as evidence:

* the certificate of deposit must have been issued within 31 days of the date of application
* at least 28 days must have elapsed between the date of the deposit and the date of issue of the certificate

Thank you for help.

Can you please provide me the format of a letter. My fixed deposit certificates were issued in 2014.

You need the certificate, not a letter.

You mean the original and official Fixed deposit certificates (the bank issued to me in 2014) or i will need a certificate on a bank letter head confirming that i have FDR, which can be cashed on immediate demand.

The requirements for a Certificate of Deposit are as quoted from the guidance above. Whatever you provide needs to meet that.
