Minimum annual salary for spouse visa 2017 FLR(M)

I am searching for up-to-date information about minimum anual income if you are apply for FLR(M) Spouse visa extension .
My Annual Salary is £15,000 with Annual Contract . My partner MONTHLY SALARY is £950 approximately. But my Partner don't have annual contract as she actualy on ZERO hour job contract.
1.Is it essential to provide an JOB conract with aplplication or just pay slips should be fine ?

2.Is it alright if She can get a Letter form her Employer that She is WORKING for ZERO HOUR contract? Because HER emplyer would't be able to put that she is working for four days in a week in differnt shift patterns , but Her pay slip shows that she is gettting £900 every month.
